Anti-Corruption Efforts at the Office
At the Youth Innovative Initiatives Support Office, combating corruption is one of the priority directions of state policy. The Office strictly adheres to the principles of openness, transparency, legality, and zero tolerance for corruption in its activities, consistently implementing systematic measures to prevent corruption, eliminate its causes and conditions, and foster a culture of integrity and responsibility among staff.
The Office's anti-corruption system is organized on the basis of the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption," "On the State Civil Service," "On Conflict of Interests," and relevant regulatory and legal acts, as well as taking into account international experience and the recommendations of the ISO 37001:2016 international standard.
To prevent and combat corruption, the following systematic measures are being implemented at the Office:

Anti-Corruption Policy & Internal Documents
The Office's Anti-Corruption Policy, Code of Ethics, and conflict-of-interest management procedures have been approved; these documents define the key principles of employee activity.
Conflict of Interest Management
To prevent the influence of personal interests in the performance of official duties, employees are required to timely declare and appropriately resolve situations of potential conflict of interest.
Compliance Control System
To oversee the anti-corruption system, the position of Chief Compliance Inspector has been established, reporting directly to the Office Director, and taking measures to identify and monitor corruption risks.
Corruption Risk Assessment
Corruption risks in various areas of the Office's activities are regularly analyzed and assessed at least once a year. Specific measures to reduce identified risks are developed.
Transparent Personnel Policy
Recruitment, appointment, evaluation, and incentivization of employees are conducted through open competition and transparent criteria.
Public Procurement & Counterparties
The Office verifies the reliability of counterparties when selecting them, includes special anti-corruption clauses in all contracts, and ensures transparency in public procurement.
Use of Information Technologies
To reduce corruption risks, all processes have been digitized; public procurement and competitions are conducted through electronic platforms.
Monitoring & Internal Control
Within the compliance control system, the effectiveness of anti-corruption procedures is regularly monitored, and appropriate measures are taken based on the results.
Anti-Corruption Culture
Special attention is paid to raising the legal awareness and anti-corruption culture of employees. They regularly attend training seminars and undergo testing.
Reporting Corruption-Related Incidents
The Office has introduced open and convenient communication channels for reporting corruption violations or conflict-of-interest situations
